Who is responsible

The postal address is provided in the legal notice. This notice describes how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact me.

Website delivery

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection data such as your IP address, requested URL, time of request and browser information. Technical logs may be retained by the infrastructure providers for security and operation. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in operating a secure, accessible website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact by form or email

The contact form processes your name, email address and message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and, if applicable, prepare a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence.

Messages submitted through the form are sent using Resend and received in my Gmail mailbox, operated by Google. Your address is included as the reply-to address. There is no separate message database on this website. Resend processes the message for delivery and may retain message content and delivery logs according to its retention settings. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet applicable retention obligations.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. The security widget is loaded when you approach the contact form. It processes technical browser and network information, including your IP address, to distinguish automated requests from legitimate enquiries. The resulting token is verified by this website’s server before sending a message. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in preventing automated abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

External services and international processing

OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and may include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Provider information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare, Resend and Google.

Fonts, analytics and external links

Fonts and images are served from this website. No visitor analytics or advertising trackers are used. Links to GitHub open an external website; its provider processes connection data when you follow the link.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact me at the email address above. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, including the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority.
